Useful things to include:
• What happens? (e.g., won’t power on, no video, random crashes)
• When does it happen? (always, after warming up, only with certain games, etc.)
• Has the device been dropped, opened, or exposed to liquid?
• Have you tried anything already? (different cables, cleaning, resets)
• Is the issue getting worse over time or staying the same?
