How do I pay?

for repair work payment is only required once your repair is complete and fully tested.

If you’re buying a refurbished device or parts through the shop, payment is taken at checkout before the item is shipped.

International orders (where approved) are also sent via Australia Post’s international services, with delivery times and costs varying by country.

When will I get my order?

Once we receive your package, processing usually takes 3-5 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — selected refurbished items and parts can be shipped internationally, but only to certain countries and only with prior approval. Shipping costs, delivery times and customs requirements vary depending on your location, so I’ll confirm everything with you before completing the order.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their country.

What if my package is lost?

All shipments include tracking, so you can follow your device or order every step of the way. If a package appears to be delayed or goes missing, I’ll help lodge an investigation with Australia Post to track it down.

Please note that Australia Post is responsible for the delivery once the parcel has been handed over, and compensation or outcomes depend on their findings and policies. If you’d like extra peace of mind, optional postal insurance can be arranged before shipping.
